Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses and international destinations are not included.

Shipping charge

Standard shipping is $4.95 per order, shown at checkout before payment. Applicable taxes are separate.

Delivery information

Our accessories ship from fulfillment partners in China. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Supplier reference estimates checked September 23, 2026: processing of 1–4 days for the sleep mask (45.1% of the supplier’s reported orders), and 1–3 days for the other accessories in our current assortment (90%). The quoted shipping service reports 5–11 days in transit for 62% of orders. Processing comes before transit; these ranges do not cover every order and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs, carrier delays and supplier availability can extend delivery.

We provide tracking when available. Contact us if you need an update or your shipment is delayed.

Returns and order help

Our accessories have a 30-day returnless refund policy for eligible unused items. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind requests. Damaged, incorrect, defective or missing items are handled separately; applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
